This workshop, designed especially for women, offers a caring space where you can explore tools and practices to boost your self-esteem, cultivate self-confidence and learn to love yourself fully.
The way we look at ourselves can be difficult to face as adults. It is rarely objective, often biased by a whole host of factors, completely external to oneself, that pollute it. Whether physical or psychological, the reflection is a more or less objective witness to ourselves. It can become addictive and lead us to neurosis, as with Narcissus, or on the contrary, become something we seek to avoid at all costs. Trying to approach your reflection with kindness, moderation and objectivity can be terribly complicated, yet so essential. In your search for sensual movement, the first person you want to seduce is yourself. The mirror is your ally in this sensual conquest of yourself, even if it’s important to detach yourself from it often to return to physical feelings.
STEP 1
